than a UK company focused on the UK market. This makes us very different
from other media evaluation and auditing companies. We have expanded
internationally by taking the best learnings from all over Europe,
and applied that knowledge and experience to other markets, from Tokyo
to Santiago. Rather than prescribing UK standards, we listen, adapt

| Stephen White, EMM’s founder and Chairman, has spent many years at Carat and its parent
company, Aegis Group plc. He has also held senior positions with
other companies in the media business e.g. McCann, Lintas, and
WCRS. EMM knows more about the media business than any other company
in this sector. |
